Much of what I’ve written about in my newsletters is how to use EFT, Family Energetics, and now Human Design to know ourselves. EFT allows us to clear past traumas and old emotional blocks so that we can fully access and embrace our authentic selves, releasing old patterns, blocks, and thoughts that limit us being ourselves. Family Energetics allows us to clear and see family systemic blockages and patterns so that the love of our ancestors can flow to us so that we can live our lives as ourselves. Ambition and mothering
I’m an ambitious person. I was satisfied and successful in my corporate career. But I knew without a doubt when my son was born that I wanted to stay at home. And even though that was the right choice, I never fully realized that I mourned the loss of my career. And even though I work part-time now in a very fulfilling and meaningful way, I feel a loss that I can’t pursue my career full-time. When the itch’s gone, what’s left to scratch?
Imagine a continuum, a sliding scale, with fear on the left end and unconditional love on the far right. Ideally we are free to along that scale and of course the ideal is to be moving towards love. Now imagine being tied down like Gulliver of Gulliver’s travels with hundreds of tiny but strong ropes. Each rope is anchored to the ground … it is not so easy to move anymore is it? EFT is one approach to snip all those ropes, very effectively releasing all those extra baggage that comes from past traumas, limiting beliefs, and past experiences.
