I’ve long been a student of different systems: personality systems, personal growth systems, nutrition and fitness systems, health systems – you get the idea.  I feel like I’m always looking for something.  I wonder if it’s the search I enjoy or if I really am looking for something.  I sometimes fault myself for being naive and thinking that things should feel better.  Why can’t I just suck it up and enjoy things the way they are? Finding the I in Guilt In today’s Law of Attraction craze/phase, folks sometimes think that guilt is a four letter word – something to be avoided and gotten rid of.
