Appreciation

"As an EFT therapist of 6 years who has experienced many sessions with different people, I am in a position to say that Deborah's was up there with the best I have come across, including the Masters I have worked with. I highly recommend her."

There is an immense family loyalty and love that shows up in our behavior -- the system desires to be whole and each of us will do our part to illuminate that wholeness. When we start to look at "undesirable" behavior and see the underlying love that is there, everything changes. When we can look at the family secrets with love, the family system transforms. When we can include those who have been excluded, the energy of love begins to flow freely. When we can accept our family's fate with love and honor and respect and see the nobility of the past but not despair in the pain, we open ourselves up to taking our rightful place as the descendant of our ancestors. When we can accept and thank our parents for giving us the one gift that no one else can - the gift of life, we step more fully into who we are.

My current experience of Richard Rudd's work with the Gene Keys is all about going into the shadows and finding the gifts.  Our work with the family matrix is built on the very same premise - going into the shadows of our families and finding the gifts.

So with thanks for our families,

Deborah

Our problems show us what we value.  What we are struggling with shows us what is important to us.  We all know that the opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s apathy.

One of the biggest limitations in my life has been self-blame; one of the greatest reliefs has been feeling vindicated that what I believe, experience, and even suffer with are all the right path for me.

So often I see folks using EFT to “fix themselves” and this fixing assumes that what they are experiencing is wrong or harmful or limiting.  What if what’s wrong with us is actually the door to our greatest delight and expansion? What if on the other side of our pain is the expression of what we value most?  What if what feels like a big fat obstacle in our path is actually pointing the way to what we value the most?
