As I’ve worked with folks over the past few years, two themes in my work keep getting clearer – one is the fact that I have these intuitive and mental insights, an ability to see into folks’ issues and find the right words, the right perspective, the next layer to help folks move forward in a loving way.   I can see past the trauma, past the emotion, to the complete wholeness of the person and what happens is that then the other person begins to re-connect with their own sense of wholeness.  It’s a pretty amazing process and I’m absolutely humbled by it.  And it’s a combination of EFT, who I am, and who my clients are that allows that to happen.  Not every EFT practitioner has the same effect and result.  We each have a piece we contribute to the whole pie.

The other theme that’s getting clear, and is tied to the first, is I’m becoming more and more aware of my unwavering commitment to help folks discover and connect with their uniqueness, finding their own inner authority and strength and gifts.    EFT is part of this process but I’m finding that I also need to draw on other models.  I was using the Enneagram but since discovering Human Design, I am using that more and more instead.

What this means for you is that I now will be sharing about design as I write and if you work with me one-on-one, I’ll often draw on your human design to inform our session, just as I draw on family constellations when it’s appropriate.  

Here’s some feedback from a beautiful client of mine that explains and the power of design combined with EFT.  

Now imagine being tied down like Gulliver of Gulliver's travels with hundreds of tiny but strong ropes.  Each rope is anchored to the ground ... it is not so easy to move anymore is it?  EFT is one approach to snip all those ropes, very effectively releasing all those extra baggage that comes from past traumas, limiting beliefs, and past experiences.

But what happens when we are done snipping those ropes?  What comes next? 

I've been astounded watching my clients move from fixing into creating: expanding their lives, following their dreams, making new decisions, stepping into their power.  They still use tapping to support themselves as needed but they have so much time and energy and confidence now they look and feel like different people.  They now trust themselves, knowing that their needs and values and desires are completely valid.  They understand that it's not that they don't fit into the world, it's that they just didn't know their unique place and value.  They understand that their journey and process with all the pain and challenges and bumps was the doorway into an incredible radiant and glowing life.   

So as you check in with yourself, ask yourself a few questions:

The year I wrote Whispers, I was very called to support, embrace, and encourage others to accept and see themselves as whole.  It was a gentle energy I was sharing, loving and nurturing ourselves so we could grow into our power.  It was a process I had been working with myself – reparenting myself so that I could step fully into my adult self.

Now the energy I am accessing is much more dynamic, dramatic, compelling.  I see my clients making radical quantum shifts in their self-perception, awakening to a deep drive and purpose that hadn’t had the space to be known before.  

It takes a leap of faith to trust that inner voice, to allow that inner passion to be heard and seen.  What if all your secret desires can be realized?  What if your strong call to be of service to others in your own unique way is completely valid and possible?
