In March 2012, I ran a Personal Peace Procedure online group with about 35 participants. I had been recently re-inspired by the role the PPP can have in our lives and wanted to energize my own PPP and help others get motivated. Folks often have the desire to do the PPP but find they need some extra support.
What we found in the group is that having daily reminders and tapping tips as well as knowing that others are tapping at the same time helped the process for the participants. A significant number of us had substantial breakthroughs during this time.
