Eight points make up the short-cut recipe. These are the points we use in tapping, adding in additional points as needed.
Setup : These points, the karate chop points, are used for the set-up.
Face : Tap on each point using two or three fingertips. All points are on bone. Tap with some emphasis.
Torso : The collarbone point is actually just below the collarbone, 1″ down and to the right of the notch in the throat.
Set-up Phrase:
While tapping the karate points, say,
“Even though I have this issue of _______, I fully and deeply accept myself.”
Repeat three times while tapping continually.
While saying the name of the issue, tap each of the points in the following order.
Tap each point with your fingertips, tapping five to seven times per point.
The points I normally use are:
Eyebrow (EB)
Side of the Eye (SE)
Under the Eye (UE)
Nose (UN)
Chin (Ch)
Collarbone (CB)
Under the Arm (UA)
Top of the Head (H)
